The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories are: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are considered, with no separate evaluation for each component of that work. The overall cost, including the PVC amount (if paid), of the completed or substantially completed work shall be considered. Specific values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted for subcontractors - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work - Amount of 27498471.05 and a percentage of 20.00 for Schedule A - Amount of 126000.00 and a percentage of AT Par for Schedule B.
