South Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the requirement is similar, with the percentages (30%, 40%, 60%) applied to the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the cost of any component of work. Each non-lead member of a joint venture must have a technical capacity of at least 10% of the cost of any component of work. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The value of the final bill, including any paid PVC amount, is considered the completion cost of the work.
