The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the required prior work experience is: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. In case of subcontracting, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. For Joint Ventures (JV), each non-lead member must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender or 10% of the cost of any component of work. The bidder's prior work experience will be considered based on the overall cost, including the Price Variation Clause (PVC) amount, of the completed or substantially completed work. In case of substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor.
