Supply, Installation and Testing-Commissioning of indoor type/wall mounted sheet steel (3mm thick) enclosed compartment alised cubicle type Feeder Panel Board shall be fabricated from CRCA sheet steel having suitably rated Copper Bus bars, dust and vermin proof suitable for 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply. The panel board shall be painted with powder coated and light gray shade, fixed on a M.S. sheet Panel Base including fixing of all MCCB’s (with extended rotary handle), neutral, Inside wiring with copper cable/copper busbar all outgoing and incoming stud type terminals and shall consist of the following:- 1. 200-250 Amp. 4 Pole MCCB for incoming (50 ka)(make: L&T, Cat No.CM92106OOP1OG) – 2 No.,2. 100-125 Amp. 4 Pole MCCB for outgoing (36 ka)(make: L&T, Cat No.CM92108OOL1OG) – 6 Nos.,3. 1 No. Digital Multi Functional meter (MFM) with selector switch.(make: AEE/Siemens/L&/Conserve),4. 3 Nos. 250/100/5 current transformers for metering (Cappa make, Class – 1),5. 3 Nos. LED type indicating lamps for Mains ON (for three phases),6. 1 Set 250 Amp. Copper Bus bars.,7. Approximate size of panel 1100mmX900mmx450mm with 250 AMP. TPN Copper Busbar.

Fabrication work for fitting, fixing & installation of the above panel including all necessary civil works and repairing of feeder pillars including metal sheets, welding Painting of Feeder pillars 02 coats including primer painting.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
