The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar work with a magnitude of more than 40% of the estimated amount. - Two similar works, each with a magnitude of at least 30% of the estimated amount. - One running similar work completed to 80% or more, with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated amount. The percentages and values mentioned are: - 40% of the estimated amount for one similar work. - 30% of the estimated amount for each of two similar works. - 80% completion of one running similar work, with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated amount. - 25% and 20% of the estimated amount for second and third calls, respectively, for two similar works. - 75% and 70% completion for second and third calls, respectively, for one running similar work. Additionally, the bidder's experience in similar works is considered, with the requirement to furnish details of name, location, and nature of work, department concerned, engineer-in-charge, contract price, percentage of participation of the company, and progress of work. The value of work done is to be mentioned in Indian Rs, and the physical progress in percentage is also required. The original time schedule, start date, completion date, and remarks are also to be provided. The validity period of the credential has been extended to 7 years, excluding the Covid pandemic period of 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. The estimated amount, date of completion, and value of work done must be indicated in the credential certificate.
