Technical Capacity
The bidder is required to have prior work experience in projects similar in nature to the works with more than 40% of the project cost executed during the last five years from the date of NIT. For completed projects, the bidder should have executed projects with more than 40% of the project cost. The value of these projects and the percentage of participation of the company in these projects should also be provided. For running projects, the bidder should have projects that are similar in nature to the intended job and are completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job. The required information includes the tender amount, percentage of participation of the company, original time schedule, progress of work, and value of work done, along with physical progress in percentage. Additionally, for subsequent calls, the percentages are 30% and 20% for 2nd and 3rd calls, respectively, for both completed and running projects.
