Work Experience Requirements
The bidder is required to have prior work experience in completing works similar in nature to the one being tendered. The experience profile should include a list of works completed during the last five years.

- Another option is that the intending tenderers should produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above, i.e., Rs. 18,84,318.00.
The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should be a "Bonafide, resourceful and reliable experienced contractor" eligible through pre-qualification.
The bidder should have prior work experience of a similar nature, with the following credentials:
- The bidder should have completed work of a minimum value of Rs. 18,84,318.00 of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice.
- Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar works, each of a minimum value of Rs. 12,56,212.00.
These completed works should conform to all major components of work. The bidder should have completed works to the extent of 80% or more for running works.
