Filling the pipe line with water, testing hydraulically as per I.S 3114-1965 (Article-6) in section of a length not exceeding 500mtr. for head of pressure as per specification including supplying installing and fixing all equipments such as diesel pump set, blank flange, pressure gauge,valve, pressure pump and all other tools and plants including drilling topping and plugging of necessary holes to pipes, blocking ends providing temporary thrust block and subsequent blocking of holes and other jointing materials and dismantling and removal of the same including disposal of water etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. Cleaning thoroughly the inner surface of pipe line including specials and valves by flushing with water and subsequently disinfection of the same pipe line by flushing again with water containing bleaching powder resulting in residual chlorine not less than 15mg/ltrs. after 24hrs. of such filling including laboratory testing of water samples obtain from the disinfested pipe line and disposal of water from the pipe line after completion of the work. The rates including of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor (The rate of water @Rs. 10/m3 may be recovered, if the contractor used water from deptt. source). Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as perspecification

Submission of complete detailed drawing of distribution system, rising main etc. after execution of work showing position of different types of valves, fittings/specials sluice valve chamber with location, node to node wise in the sanctioned drawing as completion drawing of the water supply scheme as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. The list of dia wise fitting/specials, different pipes of valve used in the rising main should be shown in the completion drawing (not separate) with verified by SAE & AE in-charge of the scheme. The above drawing will be submitted in 5 copies.

Cost of pipe line crossing upto (600mm dia.) adopting trench less technologis (e.g Jack Pushing Method etc.) for Railway National Highway or any other important road of Heavy Vehicular Traffic of minimum 7.5 m carriage way where no other mode of crossing is possible including the cost of outer most 600 mm dia Hume Pipe (NP3/NP4) as casing pipe, all labours, materials tools and tackles, clearing of sited etc. complete in all respecst but excluding the cost of pipe carrying water.

Labour for boring (horinzontal) through any kind of soil for road crossing LDS including hire charges & labour for supply of subtable dia crossing upto full width road with necessary tools, trackles, inclu. Necessary arrangement for boaring & pusing reqd. inclu. fixing, joinning. pumping out accumulated water, lighting arrangement, sealing of two casing end by B/W ( 1:4 ) etc. as per direction of EIC . Dismantling all type of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials of site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75mtr. for laying all dia pipe line in ground floor, upto 150mm thick.

Providing FHTC from the existing CI/DI/UPVC/HDPE/GI/AC distribution pipeline by installing 10mm NB Gun-metal Ferrule conforming to IS 2692:1989 with latest amendments on the said pipeline with supply, fitting and fixing all other accessories like saddle piece of required size to fit the existing distribution pipeline,specials,nut & bolts,rubber sheet,washers etc. and supply & laying of 15mm NBPVC (Schedule 80) / 20mm OD HDPE (PE 100, PN 16) /20mm OD PPR-C ( Class SDR 7.4/PN16) pipes upto required length with all necessary specials 1.0 metre below the ground connecting the ferrule including cutting trenches in all sorts of soil and filling up trenches as per direction of the Engineer -in-Charge and upto a point just inside the premises of the household or asdirected by E.I.C. Supply and installation of a 15mm dia,alloy iron Bib Cock (tested to 21kg/cm2)above 1.0 Mtr.from ground,an alloy Stop Cock of 15 mm dia. with brass spindle (tedted to 21 kg/cm2) to be fitted in a position as directed by E.I.C. GI pipe of TATA Make (medium duty) of 2m length with all necessary specials to continue from the end of the PVC/HDPE/PPR-C pipe and upto 1.0 m above ground within the premises of household. Note : 1. PVC pipe shall of schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with GI pipe as per IS: 1239(part-I). 2. PPR-C ( Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipe shall be 3 layer confirming toIS-15801 UV stabilised & anti-microbial fusion welded,having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain& brass threated polyprolene random fittings. 3.
