M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g joists. angle, channel ections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- J964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design. direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting metal, arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand onforming to IS:814- 2004 with hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 kg./m Making of board frame of size 0.90 m x 0.60 m x 1.5O m fright above GL including ties & bracing made with 35 x 35 x 6 mm MS angle. (ISA- 35 x 35 x 6 - 6.00 mtr @ 3.04 Kg/Mtr = 32.4 Kg. Say= 0.0324 MT).

Supplying 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.
