The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least 750 functional household tap connections and underground laying of at least 10.0 km pipeline (rising main/distribution system) of (UPVC/HDPE 90 mm and above dia) for any drinking water supply project within the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder must have credentials of laying M.S. drinking water supply pipeline of diameter at least 650 mm. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - At least 750 nos functional household tap connections - At least 10.0 km pipeline (rising main/distribution system) - Diameter of at least 650 mm for M.S. drinking water supply pipeline - Average Annual Turnover of not less than 90% of the estimated amount The bidder should also have experience of working in State or Central Government/PSU/Local Authority. The financial criteria require the bidder to have: * Completed work of a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount in this tender during the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. * Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar nature of works, each of a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount in this tender during the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. * Or, the bidder should have a single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, and the value of which is not less than the desired value (40% of the estimated amount).
