The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: (i) 1 single completed work of similar nature, with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender, during the last 5 years. (ii) 2 completed works of similar nature, each with a minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender, during the last 5 years. (iii) 1 single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more, with a value of not less than 30% of the estimated amount put to tender, during the last 5 years. (iv) 2 works with specific minimum values: - Construction / Restoration of Concrete Road or related works: Rs. 169.57 lakh (completed or running with 80% or more completion) - Hydraulic Jack Pushing work of any Piped W/S Scheme: Rs. 10.55 lakh (completed or running with 80% or more completion) Similar nature of work includes Construction / Restoration of Concrete Road, Construction of R.C.C. OHR, Construction of High-Rise building, Construction of CWR, Repairing/Renovation of OHR, Construction of RCC Bridge/RCC Box Drain, Construction of Sewage/Drainage Pumping Stations, and Hydraulic Jack Pushing work of any Piped W/S Scheme. The bidder needs to provide details such as the name of the employer, name and location of the work, reference of the work order, contract value, date of commencement, and present status of the work using FORM-IV.
