Soil testing, Surveying, Design and Construction of WTP (Civil & Electro-Mechanical Work) Designing (aesthetically), providing, construction and commissoning of Water Treatement Plant consisting of all Civil works including cost of providing and applying epoxy paint to inside surface of water retaining structures in contact with chlorine including hydraulic testing, structual testing and trial run for three months,arboriculture, etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (turn-key job) work. i) Intake well/sump ii) Flash mixture with ventury flume and flow measuring arrangement incluuding -electro-mechanical components. (conforming to IS: 7090 of 1985) iii) Inlet channel iv) Flocculator-(conforming to IS 7208-1974, type-'C' with detention period 20 to 30 minutes incluuding -electro-mechanical components. v) Inclined Plate settlers-"Design, fabrication and installation of Plate settlers with FRP plates." vi) Rapid Gravity Sand filters Filter designed for filtration rate of 500 liters/m2/hour, Filter sands Effective size 0.45 to 0.70mm, uniformity coefficient not more than 1.3, depth of water over sand 0.75m, free board 50cm, gravel of 0.45m in depth, sand of required depth. vii) Filter house a) Filters to housed under roof, pipe gallery and platform minium 5.5 meter in width. b) Wash Water Tank Capacity to be specified and suitable to supply water to wash at least 2 filter units at a time including pimping main, wash water pumps, air compressor and fillter backwash pipeline. c) Sludge handling unit with electro-mechanical arrangement for recirculation of effluent water into inlet channel and disposal of sludge to sludge pond. viii) Chemical house: a) Ground floor to accommodate at least 30 days alum requirement and sundry storage. Ground floor is existing. b) Chemical house:Extension of 1st floor will be constructed over existing structure where PAC/ALUM tank, other ancillary works to be accommodate. ix) Recirculation Pump: as required. x) Minimum 8 tanks (one set preparation, second set for dosing and third (2 nos.) as stand by) each tank capable of giving 8 hours maximum dose with out inturruption, minimum free board 0.30m, trays for dissolving, level indicator, mechanical agitator with mixing devices, solution feed line, solution feed devices, conforming to IS 9222, part-I/1979. meters to massure alum and chlorine dosing (SCADA compatible) xi) Vacum feed type gas chlorinator: (100% standby) conforming to IS: 10533-A part-II 1983 & Booster Pump with Pipeline. xii) Bye pass arrangement-DI,CI or MS pipes.Xiii) External and internal elecrtification. xiv) Construction of SCADA, pannel and office room with necessary sanitary, water supply & drainage arrangement and internal roads and pavered pathways where ever required. xv) Store House - suitable for alum storage of three months requirements in moonsoon with 10% extra capacity for other sundry articles. Design of structure and foundations should withstand seismic zone-IV Note:- ● All water retaining structures will be constructed by M-30 concrete & other structure will be M25 concrete. ●Separate pipeline for Alum dosing and Chlorination ●Rate inclusive of all works including earth disposal, dewatering, earth protection work, deep foundation (if required) and other sundry works as per direction of EIC complete.

1(One) year Operation and Maintenance work of 116 MLD Water Treatment Plant for New Town Kolkata Project. of Sl No.1 , Note: Cost for Operation and maintenance should not be less than 3%(Three) of L.S. for the original work as mentioned in the SL No-1 Otherwise balance amount to make it 3% will be deducted from the sl no-1 and will be considered as a part of O & M. (Cost of Chemical & support staff included) Payment shall be made as indicated in the payment breakup schedule of tender document.
