Northeast Frontier Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The categories are: 1. Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, 2. Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, 3. One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should provide a list of works completed in the last three financial years, including the description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. The actual start, actual completion, and final value of the contract should also be provided. The bidder is also required to provide a list of works on hand, indicating the description of work, contract value, approximate value of balance work yet to be done, and date of award. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments'' in the previous three financial years. Work experience certificates from private individuals are not considered, but those from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are accepted.
