The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder needs to provide certificates and testimonials regarding this experience, including a list of works carried out in the past with details such as Description of Work, Organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at time of award, Date of award, and Date of Completion. Additionally, the bidder should also provide the Date of actual Start, Actual Completion, and Final value of Contract. The required technical staff includes one qualified Graduate Engineer for works costing Rs.200 lakh and above, and one qualified Diploma Holder Engineer for works costing more than Rs.25 lakh but less than Rs.200 lakh.
