The required prior work experience for the bidder involves demonstrating capability through the completion of projects of significant value over the last 5 years. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of work, with specific requirements including: i) completion of work with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, ii) completion of 2 similar works, each with a minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during the 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or iii) a single ongoing work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more, with a value not less than the desired value at (i) above. Alternatively, the bidder should have prior work experience of similar nature, with a minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or a single running work of similar nature to the extent of 70% or more, with a value not less than the desired value mentioned above. The bidder should also have a turnover of 100% in a year in the last 3 years in civil work and the bid capacity should be more than the estimated amount put to tender. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit a completion certificate of similar nature of job from Engineer-in-Charge mentioning Actual Date of Completion, not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
