The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be in the construction of Residential/Non-Residential Buildings of any number of storeys. The experience can be demonstrated in three ways: a. Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, b. Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, c. One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. In case of projects having an estimated cost put to tender above Rs. 1000 Cr., the minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience is defined by considering the estimated cost put to tender as Rs. 1000 Cr. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount received as per the TDS Certificates. The Average annual audited financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have earned profit in at least one year in the available last three consecutive balance sheets. The required documents to be scanned and uploaded on the e-tender website include Details of Similar Work Experience Certificates, Details of Similar Works executed as part of JV/Consortium, and Work Experience Certificates. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 6,93,74,677.15, and the Earnest Money Deposit is Rs. 6,93,746.77. The mobilization advance is 10% of the contract value, and the performance guarantee is 5.00 % of contract value. The additional performance guarantee is the full amount equivalent to the difference between the “85% of Estimated Cost put to tender” and “ALB”.
