The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less; - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less; - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. For projects with an estimated cost above Rs.1000 Cr., the minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience is defined by considering the estimated cost as Rs.1000 Cr. The value of executed works shall also include the value of any materials and services supplied by the client/employer free of cost or at a discounted price. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The similar works should be "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys". Note that for foreign work experience, the bidder needs to submit a completion/experience certificate issued by the owner, duly signed and stamped, and attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the respective country. The conversion rate of the currency into INR shall be the daily representative exchange rate published by the IMF as on 7 days prior to the last date of submission of the tender.
