The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be "Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential Buildings of any no. of storeys". The bidder should have experience in: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender In case of projects having ECPT (Estimated Cost Put to Tender) above Rs. 1000 Cr., the minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience is defined by considering ECPT as Rs. 1000 Cr. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder needs to provide certificates of completion for the works executed, and the certificates should be enclosed with the tender documents. The details mentioned in the form should be as per the completion certificates and should not be presumed. The bidder is also required to submit details of work experience pertaining to "Additional Qualifying Criteria" as per NIT, if any. The average annual audited financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The conversion rate of currency into INR shall be the daily representative exchange rate published by the IMF as on 7 days prior to the last date of submission of tender, including extension(s) given, if any. The bidder is required to provide information on similar works executed in Joint Venture (JV), if any, with details to be provided in Form-B. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The required prior work experience for the bidder is also mentioned in the WORK EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE (Form-G), which includes details such as name of work/project and location, name and address of the clients, agreement amount, cost of work on completion, date of start and completion, amount of compensation levied for delayed completion, if any, type of work, number of basements, maximum height, and number of storeys of any building in the work, and performance report.
