The required prior work experience for the bidder includes several key aspects: 1. Project Supervision/ Independent Engineer/ Authority’ Engineer: Experience in supervising at least one project of similar category of two/four/six laning/bridge work of length equal to 40% of project length is necessary. For specific roles like Bridge/Structural Engineer, Senior Pavement Specialist, and Team Leader, detailed experience requirements are outlined, including years of experience and marks allocated for each criterion. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed: - For 4/6 laning projects, experience of 2 lane will be considered with a multiplication factor of 0.4, but only for those 2 lane projects whose cost of consultancy services was more than Rs.3.0 crores. - Experience of 4/6 lane shall be considered interchangeably for 4/6 laning projects. - For 2-lane projects, experience of 4/6 lane will also be considered with a multiplication factor of 1.5. - The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 40% of the project length or more. - No specific amount is mentioned for most criteria, but for considering 2-lane experience in 4/6 laning projects, the cost of consultancy services should be more than Rs.3.0 crores. The weightage for experience in similar works is based on the role of the firm in the respective assignments, with full credit given if the firm was the sole firm, weightage as per JV share if completed as a JV, and 25% weightage if executed as an associate.
