Road studs: Reflective Pavement Marker with Shank Providing and fixing of single mould twin shanked moulded road markers/road studs made of poly carbonate or ABS body and shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D4280 and complying with specifications as per clause 804 of MoRT&Hs 5th revision and section 5 of IRC-35:2015, the reflecting panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lenses face. The slope of retro reflecting surface should be 25 +/-5 degree to base. The reflective marker shall be fixed on the road surface using the epoxy/adhesive and the procedure recommended by the manufacturer. No nails shall be used to affix the markers so that they do not pose safety hazard on the road.

Landslide Clearance: Clearance of land slides in soil and ordinary rock by a bull-dozer D 80 A- 12, 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side as per the requirement of MORT&H's specification 3000.
Slide clearance involves pushing of loose earth slided on the road surface from hill face on the valley side. Since no cutting of original ground is involved, the output of dozer has been taken as 60 cum per hour for soil, ordinary rock and blasted hard rock. However, if there are objection to disposing of earth on valley side, additional resources for its disposal shall be considered as per site conditions.
