The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Civil Engineering construction and/or maintenance works, specifically in the construction or maintenance of roads. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last five years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 125.004 lac. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 175.006 lac. - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 250.008 lac. The bidder should have completed not less than 90% of the contract value for these similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 500.015 lac, which is the estimated cost of the work. The bidder can also meet this requirement by completing: - A single work of Rs. 250.008 lac (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) - Or two similar works each of Rs. 175.006 lac (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) - Or three similar works each of Rs. 125.004 lac (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work) The key personnel, including the Project Manager and Site Engineer, should also have specific years of experience in Civil Engineering and highway constructions/maintenance work. The bidder is required to submit certificates from the employer or prime contractor to verify the completion of similar works, as well as a certificate from a Chartered Accountant stating the total value of work performed in the last three years.
