The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering construction and/or maintenance works, with specific requirements including a total value of works performed in the last three years. The bidder should have completed similar works, with values such as: - three similar completed works costing not less than Rs 132.535 lac each, - two similar completed works costing not less than Rs 185.549 lac each, - one similar completed work costing not less than Rs 265.07 lac. The works should be completed to at least 90% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 530.14 lac, and should have completed works of similar nature, with values such as: - Single Work of Rs. 265.07 lac (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) - Or Two similar works each of Rs. 185.549 lac (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) - Or Three similar works each of Rs. 132.535 lac (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work)
