Providing & Fixing of 80mm series APO D9 Double screen full height partition system having framework of aluminium extrusions conforming to AISI-6063 covered with snap fitted tiles on both sides. Partition system provides Toughened Glass Tiles. All metallic parts undergo a 7 stage antirust treatment and are powder coated in matt finish to a thickness of 40-60 microns. The modular partitions are independent and grouted in the floors. The modular partitions are an assembly of the following parts:- FRAME - Frame forms the basic support structure for all other components. The Top & Bottom aluminium profile will consist of 3 section having overall dimentions of 56.4mm x 40mm , 77.8mm x 26.9mm and 41.2mm x 11.4mm All Verticle and Horizontal aluminium profile will have overall dimentions of 77.8mm x 18mm and will be joined to each other by aluminium Angles. Aluminium cap profile having overall dimentions of 18mm x 13.4mm will be snap fitted on all verticle and horizontal members from both sides to hold panels. POST - The frames are connected at the junctions by aluminium connectors/posts.All "L" Shape corner post will be provide with Aluminium profile having overall dimentions of 80mm x 80mm in semi circular shape to get round shape at the corners. All 3 Way corner post will be provide with Aluminium profile having overall dimensions of 80mm x 80mm in square shape. TILES - The partition tiles shall be provided in 5mm thick Toughned Glass on both sides of the partition to create a hollow area for fixing built in venetian blinds for privecy of the concern chamber.. Hardwares: Rubber Gasket will be provide in Aluminium outer frame and all grids eherever glazing is provide. Havy duty Aluminium angles will be provided at all corners of outer frame.Top & Bottom Panle Holding section will be fixed with special plastic caps. Door: 12mm thick Toughened Glass Door covered by frosted film of 3M make with patch fittings and floor Spring will be fixed with special type aluminium section with the glass partion. . Horizontal Blinds: Glass covering high-grade Aluminium Venetian Blinds withlatest modern styles andtrendy colours as per choice of architect/Engineer in charge. These horizontal slat blinds for both the outside or inside mount option will be of 20-25mm width and provide many practical benefits and are a great addition tothe office space.

Acoustic Block out Roller blinds Providing & fixing Acoustic Roller Mac or equivalant black out blinds with perforated PVC-Polyester Acoustik muff of Control unit: The Control unit is made of high strength reinforced plastic. The clutch is of wrap spring design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from driving to driven members of clutch mechanism. Clutch is operated directionally by the use of endless beaded chain. Idler: Idler is of high strength reinforced plastic, consisting of a centre shaft. The idler is mounted on the bracket by using a plastic lock. The metal sleeve inside the plastic lock provides bearing surface for the centre shaft, which rotates freely, providing smooth, quiet and long wearing operation. Head rail: It is an aluminium extruded rail! Power coated in white. Control unit and Idler are mounted on the Head rail with powder coated M.S. brackets. Roller tube: It is an anodized extruded tube of high strength alloy. Control unit and Idler are fixed to the either ends of the tube. The fabric of the blind is fitted to the tube with heavy duty adhesive tape. Bottom rail: It is an aluminium extruded rail with a groove for fixing the fabric and power coated in white. It is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is keep the fabric in tension and straight. The fabric is fitted to the tube using plastic insert. The end caps of the tube are ABS. Operating chain: This is made of 4.5mm plastic beads moulded on 2.2mm thick polyester chord. The pitch of the beads is 6mm. The chain drives the sprockets of the control unit to close and open the blind. The pitch of the chain corresponds to the sprocket in perfect match for trouble free operation. Fixing brackets& clamps: These are used to fix the blind to the wall or ceiling. 'L' bracket is made of mild steel and zinc plated. The clamp is made up of spring steel of thickness O.7mm and zinc plated, .etc all complete as per Consultant's drawing, Specification and direction.

Acrylic Coated/Vinyl Coated wallpapers are printed on paper and treated with a coating for durability and washability . The wallpaper base shall be a comparatively high-bulking paper, designed to have good opacity and to be as non-curling as possible so that it will lie flat when paste or coating is applied. It shall be well sized to resist excessive moisture penetration. The surface, although of very low finish, shall be suitable for taking good impressions.Wall papers should be easily maintained and are unaffected by long term exposure to humidity making them ideal for kitchens and baths. Peel and stick wallpaper is printed on a premium substrate that is completely removable and will not damage walls. To hang the wallpaper, simply peel off the backing and smooth to your wall or any flat surface. The wallpaper base shall contain not less than 20 per cent. unbleached sulphite fibre. To remove, pull up a corner and peel off. Wallpapers should be with a straight match have a pattern that is continued across the width of the wallpaper. The distribution of the fibres and other solid components of the sheet shall be such that the sheet has a uniform appearance when viewed by transmitted light. This means that the pattern continues across the seam and matched to the same point of the pattern on the next strip. Washable wallpapers can be lightly cleaned with a sponge or a damp cloth. You should take care when cleaning washable wallpapers, but if you are gentle, they should clean easily. The thickness of wallpaper base, when determined as described in Appendix B, shall be not less than the values set out in Table 1 for the substance of the paper. The bulk of wallpaper base shall be not less than 1·75. Bulk is defined as the ratio of the volume of paper measured at 65 ± 2 per cent relative humidity and 20°C. ± 1±7°C. to the volume of an equal weight of water at 4°C. The bulk of wallpaper base shallbe taken as 5·49 times the thickness of the paper in thousandths of an inch divided by the substance in ounces per roll Long Elephant. The equivalent value of the bulk when the substance is expressed in lb. D. C. 500s shall be taken as 10·84 times the thickness in thousandths of an inch divided by the substanceThese wallpapers should be washed gently with great care, they are more fragile than others and you should be careful cleaning. The wallpaper base shall be 22 in. or 20 in. in width subject to a tolerance of plus or minus 0·5 per cent. Peelable wallpapers will peel off the wall, leaving some of the backing behind. The backing can be often removed with soap and water, but sometimes a wallpaper removal solution may be necessary. This is the square footage that you will get from a single roll of the wallpaper (or spool of border). The reels of wallpaper base shall be hard-wound to a diameter of 28 in. to 30 in. and shall weigh from 2 ¾ to 3 cwt. This is simply a calculation of the width times the single roll lengths. Sidewalls are usually priced in single roll increments, but must be purchased as double rolls or bolts since this is how they are packaged. One single roll should cover 56sft.
