Municipal Affairs Department Tender

The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of work, with specific requirements as follows: I. The bidder should have completed work of minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender. II. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar nature of works, each of minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. III. The bidder should have completed one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. The estimated amount, date of completion of project, and detail communicational address of the client must be indicated in the Credential Certificate. The Credential Certificate should be accompanied by Work Order, Price Schedule, and Payment Certificate of the respective work. Additionally, the bidder should have an Average Annual Turn Over during the last 5 years, which should be at least 30% of the Amount put to tender, and a valid Bank Solvency Certificate, which should be at least 30% of the Amount put to tender. The available Bid-capacity of the prospective applicant should not be less than the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in projects similar in nature to the works, with more than 30% of the project cost executed during the last 5 years, and provide a list of projects completed that are similar in nature to the works. The bidder should have prior work experience of a similar nature, with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender, completed during the 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender.
