The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid is specified as follows: 1. Average Annual Turn Over of last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated value. Formula: Average Annual Turn Over ≥ 0.4 * Estimated Value 2. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed work of similar nature with a minimum value of: - 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 last years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, Formula: 0.4 * Estimated Amount - 2 similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 last years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, Formula: 0.3 * Estimated Amount (for each work) - 1 single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. Formula: 0.4 * Estimated Amount and 80% completion. However, another formula for bid capacity is also provided as: Bid capacity = 2% of the Estimated Amount put to Tender or Rs 10 Lakh, whichever is lower. Formula: Bid capacity = min(0.02 * Estimated Amount, 1000000)
