The bidder should have prior work experience with credentials of a similar nature of completed work. The requirements are as follows: - Completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, two similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Or, one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at 30% of the estimated amount. The credential certificate for completed works should contain details such as the name of work, estimated amount, tendered amount, value of executed work, and date of completion of the project, and should be supported by a work order, price schedule, or BOQ of work, and a completion certificate mentioning the date of completion issued by a competent authority.
