Trip/ alarm, LED board, Multi functional mater, wiring circuit etc. Servicing, overhauling, testing & commissioning of 630 A, 11 KV SF6 insulated indoor RMU by dismantling the rack from the housing, opening the components, necessary cleaning of the components of carbonized portion, changing of rubber gasket, defective parts, cleaning of all mechanism parts and lubricating the mechanism, opening of C.T. & P.T.S, busbar spout assembly and cleaning the same and insulated properly by supply of CTC etc, refitting all the parts to its original position by making all relevant electrical connection, panel wiring etc. Two times per year (before monsoon & after monsoon)

Servicing, cleaning, testing, calibration of all protective relays as stated above of incomer – 1 no & outgoing – 2 nos for transformer. Two times per year (before monsoon & after monsoon)

Taking out the P.T. (11 KV/ 110 V) of 11 KV, SF-6 RMU and thorough cleaning washing the interior portion with CTC after taking out from the P.T. housing and refitting the same measuring the desired IR value and re fitting, refixing the P.T. and complete testing commissioning as per direction of EIC/ NDITA. Two times per year (before monsoon & after monsoon)
