Municipal Affairs Department Tender

The bidder should have prior work experience with experienced technical personnel having sufficient knowledge of PART/CPM, and a minimum of one Civil Engineering Degree Holder or one Civil Engineering Diploma Holder. The bidder should produce Credentials of Similar Nature of Work with a minimum value of 40% of the work during the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of two tenders, each with a minimum value of 30% of the work during the last 5 years. The bidder can also produce credentials of one single running work that has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value. The estimated amounts for the tender are mentioned as Rs. 5,82,17,552.00, Rs. 5,86,63,779.00, and Rs. 3,13,15,484.00. The bidder should have a valid Bank Solvency of minimum 10% of the estimated amount put to tender, rounded to the nearest lakh. The average annual turnover of the last three years of the intending bidders shall have to be at least 40% of the estimated amount put to the tender. The bidder should have audited Balance Sheets and I.T. Return of last three financial years regarding annual turnover from contracting business in each year.
