The bidder should have completion certificates for fully completed works during the current year and last five financial years. The completion certificates of work executed in various government departments, organizations, and municipalities will be considered. The bidder should produce Credentials of Similar Nature of Work in single tender of the minimum value of 40% of the work during last 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can produce Credentials of Similar Nature of Work in two tenders, each of the minimum value of 30% of the work during last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. The bidder can also produce credentials of one single running work of Credentials of Similar Nature of Work in single tender which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value. There is no specific information on the value and percentage of similar works completed in terms of exact numbers, but the bidder's last three years' annual turnover from contracting business should be at least 40% of the estimated amount put to the tender, for example, Rs. 5,82,17,552.00. The bidder should have prior work experience, with the prospective bidders having in their full-time engagement or in contract experienced technical personnel, with sufficient knowledge of PART/CPM, including at least one Civil Engineering Degree Holder or one Civil Engineering Diploma Holder.
