The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works within the last 5 years, with specific requirements such as: - Completion of a similar work of at least 30% of the estimated amount put to tender. - Completion of 2 similar works, each of at least 25% of the estimated amount put to tender. - Completion of a single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more, and the value of which is not less than 30% of the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover during the last 5 years of at least 30% of the amount put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have a valid bank solvency certificate with a minimum value of 30% of the amount put to tender. The bidder is required to submit credentials of the applied work, including Work Order, Completion Certificate, and BoQ (Bill of Quantities) legible documents to support their credentials. The bidder should also certify that they have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities not less than 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The required information for each project includes: - Contract Price - Percentage of Participation of the company - The bidder should have prior work experience of completing projects similar in nature to the works, with more than 30% of the project cost executed during the last five years. Values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of the estimated amount put to tender - 25% of the estimated amount put to tender (for each of the 2 similar works) - 75% completion of a single running work - 10% of the estimated cost put to tender for liquid assets and/or credit facilities.
