The bidder should have completed works during the current year and last five financial years, with Completion Certificates for fully completed works being accepted. The bidder should also have prior work experience, with experienced technical personnel having sufficient knowledge of PART/CPM, and a minimum of one Civil Engineering Degree Holder or one Civil Engineering Diploma Holder. The bidder should produce Credentials of Similar Nature of Work in single tender of the minimum value of 40% of the work during last 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can produce Credentials of Similar Nature of Work in two tenders, each of the minimum value of 30% of the work during last 5 years. Another option is to produce credentials of one single running work of Similar Nature of Work in single tender which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value. The estimated amount for the tender is mentioned as Rs. 5,82,17,552.00, and the bidder's last three years' annual turnover from contracting business should be at least 40% of the estimated amount put to the tender. The average annual turnover of the last three years of the intending bidders shall have to be at least 40% of the estimated amount put to the tender. The bidder should have a valid Bank Solvency of minimum 10% of the estimated amount put to tender. The Defect Liability Period is 05 (five) years.
