The bidder is required to have prior work experience of completing projects similar in nature to the works. The required prior work experience includes: - More than 40% of the project cost executed during the last 5 years. - A single work of similar nature with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. - Two similar nature of completed works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. - A single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder needs to provide a list of such projects, including details such as the name of the project, location, nature of work, contract price, percentage of participation, and dates of commencement and completion.
