Supply and fixing digital timer switch with outdoor type weather proof IP66 enclosure, for auto on/off operation of street/garden light, 110-240 V AC having 25 ON/OFF operation complete with all accessories, making suitable fixing arrangement on pole complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3½ core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 35 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cutting of the bituminous/ Masti type road 60 cm depth and 45cm width for laying of LT cable and making good disturbed surfaces by filling with the existing materials to match with the existing road in all respect complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The tenderer shall verify the layers of road before quoting the rates in consultation with Eng-in-Charge, No claims of the tenderer shall be entertained in this regard at later stage.)

S&F Mild steel flat iron work as in bands, staps supports or stays for rain water ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks , heay , for large gates hookand pintel hinges plain angle cleats confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in paving to floor and works complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point , including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 28 above but of size 16 sq mm 4 core

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mess, size and type to any type of stander, rails, straining bolts etc including provn of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS round bars 12mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required, including crankin bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and icl mildsteel wire annealed not less than0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to grade FE-410 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strend steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straing and fixing to any type of strand rails etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for FRLS wiring in existing locatation for circuit alongwith earth wire 2 x 2.5 sqmm + 1 x 2.5 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated multistranded from junction box to fitting connecting box etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Two run of 2.5 Sqmm wire+01 Run of 2.5 Sqmm wire considered as one unit)

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n exc 25cm ,in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) (Nominal mix) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping as in benching incl weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil ,complete all as specified and directed Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetics enamel paint on steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work as in post and struts in fencing incl embedding in concrete and cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes notching for wire etc and similar works confriming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub base for path, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply,fixing, Installation , Testing and commissioning of LT Bus Bar Feeder Piller Box outdoor type having provision of double door openings into two halves with rubber beadings cubical type of size 1.00x0.75x0.40 Mtr as directed by the manufacturer, made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet compartmentalized with rubber beadings, angle iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm shall be used for making legs/ frame, duly painted with powder coated internally and externally, including provn of Aluminium Busbar 400 Amps, including MCCB 100 A , 16 KA 3 Pole -01 No as incomer and MCCB 63 A, 16 kA MCCB - 2 nos as outgoing, timer switch for lighting control based on sunrise/sunset timings by lattitude/longitude settings and suitable insulators , cable glands of required size as per site requirement for LT Cable entry. Including PCC Platform of suitable size PCC 1:2:4 all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, complete all as specified and directed including clamps, nut, bolt and washers.

Surface excavation in soft and loose soil n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for laying old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC/ XLPE under ground cable protection in trench, layed in the manner that width of brick to be peperndicular to the axis of cable , over LT under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.
