M & L for preparation of previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Coptic/ Olive Green/ White Roof paint) over a coat of red oxide metal primer properly by using painting brush/spray machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge / OIC of 585 Engr Sub Park (Painting of bridging and other components held with 585 Engr Sub Park. Necessary work will be carried out at the site of Engrs Sub Park loc where the store are stacked/kept). (Sl No. 1.10 deem to be part of this item)

Note for Srl Item No. 1.00 :- Rates are inclusive of taking out, shifting, layout, maint/preservation and painting of major/minor parts or components of all type of bridging eqpts and other items. Taking out/shifting the items carefully without damaging the other structure from the respective site or stack/store shed of 585 Engr Sub Park, lay out them seperately on the hard surface at proper distance between the items; distance of work area will not be exceeding 50 meter from the existing stack and then scratching & cleaning its all rusted and old painted surface areas with electric grinding machine with blade/ wire brush and emery paper etc. After preparation of old painted surface area, painting work will be carried out applying one coat of superior quality of synthetic enamelled paint (Coptic/Olive Green/Smoke Grey) over a coat of Red Oxide metal primer properly by using painting brush/spray machine. After completion of painting work, all the items / components shall be restacked properly on the existing PCC Block / foundation / stack in the store shed / open area from where the items were removed for carrying out the above work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of old untreated wooden surfaces applying superior quality of Creosote Oil on the items for dipping, maint / preservation of Normal Bailey Bridge & Extra Wide Bailey Bridge held at 585 Engr Sub Park. Necessary work will be carried out at the site of 585 Engr Sub Park loc where the stores are stacked/kept, complete all as specified and directed. (Sl No. 2.10 deem to be part of this item)
