Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for seven stage cleaning and sterlization of inside OHT reservoir of capacity 50000 Gallons through bacterioligical treatment by using TERBAC G5, TERBAC-G-65 and ULTRA VOILET ray through authorized agency, complete all as specified and directed. Process of seven stager are as under :- 1. First stage is to draining out the water by using exist valve or high capacity dewatering system. 2.Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. 3. Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSI. 4. Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. 5. Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. 6. Sixth stage is the secord bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra voilet ray ejector covering 360 degree within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. 7. Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65 Note: Company will submit govermnet laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G5, TERBAC-G65, Fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning and name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of steriliztion of water tanks mentioning name of the station and date of cleaning. (Name of agency/company : Rays cleantech or equivalent agency as approved by GE.)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level) and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20mm bore and watering pipe GI medium grade of 40mm bore and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion, including demolition of old unserviceable earthing of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included unit quoted rate.

(Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole/stay, or cable trenches etc n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of area around E/M installation and store yard by scraping the grass and creepers from roof and spraying grass killing chemical with spray gun, as per manufacturer's instructions for prevention of weeds and grass at surrounding of E/M pump house area, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading unslaked lime at E/M pump house area to destroy the roots of grass and herbs, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning and washing underground sump/reservoir of capacity upto 25000 ltr gallon, disconnecting the inlet and outlet valves, cleaning the tank by blocking the water supply system including removing sludge/scale/sediments etc from bed level and scrapping the floor and wall surfaces with wire brush and cleaning with potassium permangnate (KMNO4) solution at least three times to remove oily surfaces from internal floor and wall of the tank and finally cleaning with fresh water and applying cement wash on walls including re-fxing of inlet and outlet valves and normalizing the water supply by opening valves after allowing suffcient drying time, including writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint as "CLEANDED ON" complete all as specified and as directed Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of potassium permangnate, scaffolding (if required) and disposal of sludge/scale/sediments upto a distance of n.exc 50m from site of work)

M&L for testing the raw/treated water and submit following test report from Govt. approved Lab and its physical, chemical and biological analysis report to know the quality of drinking water in every three month or as and when required, as directed, including the followings:- (a) Collection of 09 Nos of samples of raw water/treated water from each location i.e. (new pump house, NCE's pump house, KV pump house No-1, RS pump house, Tech pump house, Nala post pump house, Arjan pump house and KV pump house No-II, IMTRAT pump house) as directed. (b) Submit/deposit all samples at the nearest Govt approved test lab. The test for the following parameters shall to be carried out:- (1) Turbidity (ii) PH Level (iii) TDS (iv) Colour (v) Alkalinity (vi) Hardness (vii) Iron (viii) Chloride (ix) Chlorine (x) fluoride (xi) Nitrate (xii) Copper (xiii) Colliform (xiv) Feacel Colliform (c) Submit the test report duly signed by appropriate authority. (Note: Cost for collection of samples, test tube/flask and trasportation to LAB deemed to be included in the unit rate)

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling, mass concrete, making good to disturbed surfaces of road/hardstanding/path etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size (for fixing of DI pipes in bridge etc) as indicated and inclusive of one primer coat and one coat of aluminium paint including taking down old unserviceable cross arms/bracing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old painted DI/CI pipe, any gauge and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) with colour coding of riser pipe, deliver pipe, overfloow pipe, drainout pipe etc, size upto 200mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Arrangement of tools and sefty equipment for painting of pipe hight upto 25 meter OHT shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

S&F in repair LED aviation obstraction light luminaries comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, standard type single phase, complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Kheraj Cat No. AVIL or Bajaj Cat No. BGAV 3022 LED or equivalent model in Mimic/Agni)

S&F MCB distribution board (DB), SPN with sheet metal encloser, double door, IP 43 protection & IK 09, 240 volts, 8 way, with necessary lugs for incomming and outgong connections up to copper/aluminium conductor, fixed on wall, single pole and neutral, with 200 Amps rated busbar (as per OEM), neutral link for fixing MCBs/Isolators including taking down old unserviceable MCB DB of any rating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB Single Pole (SP) of capacity 20 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, breaking capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ series, fixed in proper position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement water proof junction box made from SMC sheet ready made of size 350 X 270 X 190mm, entire assembly fixed to pole /Wall with MS clamp 25 X 5mm and nuts & bolts,and connecting cables from junction box to fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm bore sluice valve flanged end of class PN (1.6) confirming to IS-14846 with brass spindle and hand wheel including necessary gasket, nuts and bolts, washer etc. including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Uprooting grass/weeds/plants up to 30cm depth by scrapping soil in order to make free ground from all sort of vegetation and hand packing carefully by packing round pebbles approximately of size 20 to 40mm after carefully picking form heap of pebbles/stones, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling dry river sand at surrounding of E/M installations / sub stations /cable trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling dry crushed stone aggregate, free from any foreign particles, 25mm graded, for spreading at E/M sub station area, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.
