Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and leveling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks of size 230x125x73mm(+/- 10% tolerance limit) for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old burnt old size bricks, straight or curved on plan, laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal boring suitable for 50mm bore steel tubing, under road/ pavement / hard standing etc. not exceeding 10 Metres in length, in any type of soil, suitable for passing through up to 50 mm bore, galvanized steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Removal of surplus soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

Supply and fix Galvanized mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground LT cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc including bricks ,GI pipes and removing from work site of unserviceable material and keep serviceable material for reuse in safe custody of any size complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation/earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply, laying ,jointing and testing LT underground electric power cable crossed linked XLPE insulated, two or more core galvanized steel strip or wire armoured / PVC insulated armoured cable heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed to walls/on poles / in ducts or passing through pipes etc fixing and connecting accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable glands, nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, bricks for protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A'.

Supply and fixing in repairs street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia 1.2 mtr length bent to shape and reduced to required size at top upto 1.5 mtr length by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm suitable length 2 Nos complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painted with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pyramid tripod type LED Bolard garden light 10W (Warm) with 3600 light distribution made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material, IP-65 protection including taking out old unserviceable garden light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Digging out incoming and outgoing cables of any sizes from loop near junction box/ feeder pillar box in tranches, cutting burntout insulated portion of cable and rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground aluminium conductor in trenches and returning and filling the excavated soil and connecting the cables with bus bars including provision of lugs as applicable and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing loop in- loop out fuse junction box of internal dimention 250 x 200 x 100mm made of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 50 Amp rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing , mounted in the box, fixing on street pole/rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolt and 01 SP of 6 Amp for controlling including taking down old unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Contractor shall provide cable lugs and PVC gland of suitable size if required on site for connecting cable in junction box.

Supply & fixing pole junction box (Loop IN Loop OUT) of size 250mm x 190mm x 150mm , made out of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet CPRI approved factory made, weather, dust & vermin proof with front door and suitable locking arrangement including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over exposed external & internal surfaces with three phase and neutral busbar of size 20x3 mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with copper nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar and one no SP 6 Amps ‘C’ series mounted on DIN rail including dismantling / taking out old unserviceable any type of busbar box from existing position all complete as specified and directed. Note : Making suitable nitch to taking out the junction box from existing position and cutting the existing pole foundation and making good disturbed surface with required PCC /Plaster work and the same shall deem to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fix in repair single run 3 core, 2.50 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, over all PVC sheathed, 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694-2010 (FRLS) heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed from pole junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20 mm nominal bore dia, UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed to pole, any type including provision MS clamp of size 20mm x 3mm flat at interval of 1.5 m length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair power contactor 40 amps 3 pole ( 1NO + 1 NC) , 415 Volts AC 50Hz,including connecting with existing system complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Astronomical Digital Time switch (5-40) Amps, 240 Volts, AC, Singlephase complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnection of all electric connection and taking down of street light fittings of any type , size , capacity and model removing of unserviceable spares or accessories for repair/ replacement of the same including reconnecting and refixing of street light to its existing position viz pole / high mast and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Electronic driver suitable for 60 Watts LED Street light fittings of approved make / brand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCB TPN 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of outdoor time line distribution board for street light, degree of protection IP 54, three phase, maximum load 12 kW, prewired with Digital timer switch, contactor TP rating 65 Amp and MCB triple pole & neutral rating 63 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular poles (swan neck street light pole) complete with cast iron base palate, final taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aliminium paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces and external surfaces in contact with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old existing concrete poles / struts any size after demolition of foundation and depositing / stacking at a place where directed within 5kM distance from the work site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly/struts/pole etc. (around the poles in pit) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping / pedestal of poles including necessary form work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces by using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster on existing brick work or on old brick work or on old brick surfaces after necessary cleaning with cement mortar (1:4) for pump house building/Choromone/DG set room complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L painting to the LT RCC poles with strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthetic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole including one coat of Lime wash on PCC copping of pole, two coats of white colour cement base Distemper on pole and two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black syenthic paint/ sticker complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scratching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black syenthic paint/ Sticker, including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthetic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole, including removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of white washing on PCC copping of pole and re-numbering of pole with approved size of letter (Example - P- 001) with synthetic enamel paint of white colour background and black colour lettering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of mechanism of lowering down and hoisting of flood light cage (mobile Head frame) of High mast assy of 16 mtr height, repairing, servicing of hoisting motor assy, repairing of chain, greasing of moving parts and replacement of steel rope, pulley, repairing of elevator wrench system etc, relaying of rope from top to bottom and making the mechanism functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for winding of induction motor of single phase, 1 HP, 240 V, 50 Hz of High mast of hoisting and lowering mechanism of flood light cage with super eamelled winding wire of existing gaudge, replacement of bearing as per existing etc to make the motor functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of Control Panel of Hight mast assy, repair / replacement of unserviceable parts like MCB, Contractor, auto manual switch, NO + NC switch, starter motor, replacement of u/s indicators, start stop switch, repairing and complete wiring of panel with min 1.5 Sqmm wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized wire 4.00 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers including 15 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for protection of earth lead upto the length of 7.5 meter towards test terminal and 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for watering, and providing of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, including necessary earth work in any type of soil and including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 with provision of wire mesh and funnel, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part- I including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracing, support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washer, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including GI clamp and including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
