Materials and labour for porcelain insulator suitable for fixing earthing strip to the wall / floor etc all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for PCC, type C1, 1:3:6, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated) as in coping of poles including formwork including demolition of old damaged concrete from pole complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour PCC, type D2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregated) as in PCC/Road cutting /installation area and foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for taking down any unserviseable street light fittings/ flood light/ building security light/ bollard light fitting any type/size and refixing same after repair/replacement of all unserviceable accessories of any type and size from existing position/location or removing connection oxide by cleaning terminals and shifting materials to store for keeping in safe custody for repair work or taking credit complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Items if required for repair work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

Supply and fixing in repair LED 30 W building security light made up of pressure die cast housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and toughned glass cover having luminaire efficacy 140 lumens/watt with top opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and suitable for dia 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light of capacity 70 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded toughned glass cover including electronic driver should have luminaire efficacy ≥140 lumens/watt, CRI70, PF 0.95, CCT=5700±300, IP66,impact resistance IK 07, inbuilt protection against lightning, over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection upto 10KV including suitable fixing arrangement with 40mm dia existing braket and connection suitable for 40mm dia braket with PVC insulaed PVC sheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm x 3 core from light fitting to pole box complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for water proof, 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade including PVC conduits properly fixed on steel/RCC poles using GI wire for electrical connection of street light fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable junction box having protection "dust proof, acid resistant, shock proof, fire retardent self extinguisher" for outside installation with knockout entry for cable of size 10 - 35 sqmm and of size 200x150x95mm with terminals, brackets for street light pole mounting and including one 6A MCB SP all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring concealed in PVC conduit with two runs (P-N) of single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade having multi-stranded copper conductor with earthing cable of FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5sqmm single core as earth continuity wire drawn through PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed. (Two single core 1.5 Sqmm cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm earth conductor cable shall be measured as one run).

Taking down existing unsv/faulty LT UG cable 1100V of any size from existing location and relaying the same after necessary repair work all as specified and directed. (Note: Items if required for repair and excavation works will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1KV grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 16 to 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for boring horizontal holes 100mm dia upto 2mtr deep in soil under roads /PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m (Note: connected items like pipes is measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Taking out old unservicable PCC poles by excavating half meter below the ground and takinmg down the old PCC poles from the bottom and refilling the excavated area. collecting all poles at a location within 500m from the original location complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 4 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected to galvanised earth pipe by means of 25x 4mm bolts,nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one and protection pipe of 40mm dia light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 7.5 meters length for drawing earthlead including common salt, charcoal, bentonite in alternate layers etc, complete all as shown in EP number 2 of SSR part-1 including testing on completion and including taking down old u/S earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Advance encapsulated compound based Chemical earthing CPRI tesed maintenance free , pipein -pipe technology upgraded (Zinc coated). , Zinc & Alloy coated (80 -100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & Alloy coating (200-250) microns.Earthing system conforming IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm and 41.9mm dia respectively of 3 mtrs long zinc coated with with additional special alloy coating 300mm on top side for additional protection of the terminal . The annular space between the pipes to be filled up with Compact fill (CF) (Crystalline Conductive) mixture which should be machine pressed in the pipes not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes . The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity.The job includes digging the pits ,lowering the pipe in pipe earth electrode,filling of pure conductolite back filling compound (BFC Conductolite ) having excellent moisture retaining capacity in 250 mm around the electrode min 4 bags of 25 KG per pit per unit. The BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmently hazardous material/metal having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab.The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. The material of earth electrode should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. The job also include M & L for in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 around the FRP cover for support and foundation and colouring the PCC work with desired colour.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Design of earth electrode should be of pipein-pipe technology . (ii) Contractor have to submit literature of earth electrode and get the make approved of GE before procurement. (iii) The earth electrode shall be CPRI tested to withstand short current test for 60kA rms for 1.0 second and 150kA for peak current.
