(INTERNALELECTRIFICATION) S&F of powder coated sheet metal enclosure 415 volts AC,TPN distribution board 8 way 8+24 modules suitable for flush mounting with 200 Amps copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar and MCB incomer of rating upto 100 Amps, MCB TPN/DP, and MCB SP as outgoing and complete connecting cable links with top and bottom removable gland plate with IP 43 DBs protection and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour coat complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- Legrand cat No. 5076 82 8 way /L&T Cat No. DBTPN008GD/ C&S Cat No. CSDBTPNHPCGDD08 or equivalent model/Cat No of make as per Appx 'A' as mentioned in PS here-in-after)

S&F for ceiling fan hook made out of MS flat iron 40mm x 4mm, bend to shape for hanging ceiling fan with clamps and necessary nuts and bolts to hold the hook and ceiling fan of suitable length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 10 sqmm single core copper conductor (ISI marked) cable 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded colour coded cables drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of required size medium grade (MMS) with all connected accessories such as Bend, Tee, Elbow, Short pieces etc concealed in wall/roofs/floors and including one run of 10 sqmm single core copper conductor cable flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including chease cutting and filling the same with cement mortar and finished with putty and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface as required for concealed work complete all as specified and directed .

(Note for item No. 6.03 & 6.04 : (i)Two runs of cable with one run earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one length. (ii) Extra length of cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate and shall not be measured separately. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit. (iv) Suitable color code of wire must be ensured for phase/netural/earth. (iv) All surface cutting/making good for wiring/switch board/junction box/DB etc are included with unit quoted rate.)

Supply, fabricated and fixing of bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade bent to shape of 1.2 mtr long as directed including clamps made out of 30 mm x 6 mm thick -02 Nos flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road(minimum 0.5 Mtr bellow the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of dia not exceeding 100 mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. (Notre: Galvanised iron wire of 4mm dia upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).
