M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including provision of 10 mm joints (at an interval of 3 metre and turnings) duly filled with fine sand and bitumen in the ratio of 3:1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), mixed with recron fibre as per manufacturer instructions as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses,copings, bed plates, gap between roof sheet and bricks wall and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins, arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly as Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement morter 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick Machine cut kota stone slabs as in flooring, laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cm (1:6), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and mirror polishing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick Machine cut kota stone slabs as in riser of step, skirting, dado etc. laid over and including 10mm thick backing layer in cm (1:4), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and mirror polishing etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position as in kitchen shelves, cooking platform, lintels, chajja, beams, slabs etc not otherwise specifically provided for including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similer items including edges for rough finished flat surface of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:11/2:3) type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrgates ) as in landing, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chulla hoods, chajjas, water trough, shelves and similar article with plain faces including form work, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:11/2:3) type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrgates) as in Chajjas, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on the surfaces of brick work or concrete, finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white washing, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces thereafter preparation of plaster or unplaster surfaces wall and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white washing, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any description duly applied with shop coat of primer, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of application of shop coat of primer not included in this item.

M&L for preparing new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed .

Scarifying or picking of existing WBM/gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100mm deep including removing of debries etc from site to a distance n.exc 50 metres, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) (lime stone, sand stone, flint or Quartzite), spread, rolled with power roller 8 to12 tonnes & consolidated to gradient/camber required etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion SS-1 confirming to IS 8887 @ 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes, any depth, not exc 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 confirming to IS 8887 @ 0.20-0.30 kg/sqm , putting in premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete minimum 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5% of binder content of paving bitumen VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix (premixed material prepared in hot mixed plant), pre- mixed material laid with self propelled mechanical paver, finished inlcuding rolling and compacting the surfaces to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and tandom vibrating roller etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) Rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi dense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) The binder content for the semi dense ashphaltic bituminous concrete to be provided under the above item shall be worked out on proportionate basis of the design mix formula approved for the SDAC item here-in-before and binder content shall be provided accordingly, contractor shall quote his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5%. Any variation in binder content shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 55.00 per Kilogram of binder.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled sensor based mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab/ NABL approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing Bituminous Macadum. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs 55 per Kg.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 confirming to IS 8887 @ 0.20-0.30 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical spraye, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled sensor based mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab/ NABL approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.55 per Kg . (iii) The thickeness of SDAC indicated above is the minimum thickness, Further, it is clarified that no payment for the addl. thickness in case required to be provided to achieve the desired levels, slope & making good the undulations etc, all as directed by the GE, shall be made.

All as per item 56 above but for 30mm consolided thickness of semidense asphaltic concrete.

M & L for thermoplastic road marking paint, white or golden yellow @ 5kg/Sqm, conforming to BS-3262 applied on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, exc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2mm, with and including combination of retro-reflective glass beads 300 gm/ Sqm all as per manufacturer's instructions, using special applicator machine etc, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed.
