Supply & fixing DB Box, in sheet metal enclosure VT DB TPN, MCCB DB TPN 4 way, double door with 100 Amp, 25 KA,TP MCCB as incomer (Vertical type double door, 100 Amps, TP, 25 KA MCCB rate inclusive) and suitable for SP/TP DB in outgoing, enclosure made up of CRCA sheet steel, RAL 9003 powder coated, IP 43, IK 09, As Per IEC 61439-3, with 150 Amp copper bus bar for each phase, with 2 Neutral bar, 2 Earth bar and cable ties for cable management, with fully insulated busbar and shrouded neutral bar, reversible door provision, with colour coded interconnecting wire set, including flushing and fixing DB box in neaty in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) MCCB and DB box shall be of same make.

Supply and fixing MCB DB double door TPN 4 way IP 43 IK 9 protection with sheet metal enclosure with isolated neutral bus bar DB suitable for Door earthing, insulated copper busbar assembly for mounting MCB SP / TP.

Supply & fixing sheet metal enclosure for MCB, DB, SPN, 240 Volts, 100 amps rated busbar, 4 way Double door enclosure made up of CRCA sheet steel, RAL powder coated, IP 43 including fixing the DB box flush in wall of any type and making good the distrubed surface to match as the existing with all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply & fixing MCB TP 25 to 63 Amps, 10 KA 'C' Curve breaking capacity, including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MCB TPN/FP 50 to 63 Amps, 10 KA 'C' Curve breaking capacity, including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SPN 32 amps 'C' series breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C, curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and outgoing electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.

S&F MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' series breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)

S&F burnt clay fly ash bricks old size designation 75 (kg/cm2) in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying in trenches and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install, testing & commission 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts outdoor type, CPRI approved, as per IEC 61439 factory made free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubical type LT panel fabricated from 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and 2 mm thick for non load bearing with angle iron frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, double door, front and back openable type, double door system, hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement, with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating with pure polyster Siemens grey structural RAL-7032 shade, protection class IP-66 fully compartmentalize design with 4 Nos of bus bar made of copper ETP grade suitable for 300 Amp (size of copper strip should not be less than 20x5 mm for each phase and neutral) pre-wired with suitable size of copper strip/copper wire with colour code for connecting out going MCCB/MCB's, including suitable aluminium earth strips conforming to IS with danger notice plate, necessary cable glands, cable connection with proper lugs, PCC foundation and pedestal for fixing pillar feeder box/LT Panel with PCC 1:5:10, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick (Fly ash) / PCC block work in CM 1:6, rendering 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grounting bolts etc for panel. M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertical position , earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with galvanised iron earthing strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, chcek nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall be include with providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand Earthing shall also be include for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work all as spcified and directed.

Boring under roads with mechanical arrangement with 100 mm dia GI tubing light grade including supply of GI pipe 100 mm without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install casette type air cooled air conditioner indoor/outdoor (Non-inverter type) electric driven, single phase of capacity of 2.0 TR , BEE 5 star rated , with cordless remote control unit, twin rotary compressor, single phase units 220V-240V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed . Make : Voltas or equivalent make in Ogeneral, Hitachi ,Daikan .

Supply and fix room window type air conditioner electric driven (single phase ) , cooling capacity 6000 K cal per hour (1.8 Ton) . BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and as directed . Make : Voltas or equivalent make in Ogeneral, Hitachi ,Daikan .

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation , single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 260 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ±2.5% and of capacity 5KVA with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth , plug and socket, suitable for single phase 240 V, complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps having 'C' charactristic breaking capacity 10 KA including industrial plug top complete all as specified and directed.
