M&L for dismantling the top cover of the defective transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 100 KVA 11/.433KV after drained out the existing oil in a separate clean container and disconnecting the all internal connection, taking out the HV/ LV core assembly andmMagger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer, cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side thoroughly with emery paper and cloth than checking the other worn-out parts and insulation materials such as glass tube, bakelight tube, tap changer,glass tape, pre-compressed board, crape paper,craft paper, pressphan paper, cotton tape, varnish etc , HV/LV coils silicon stamping and other connected items such as tap-changer, breather assembly, damage HV/LV bushes, stud, oil seal, Gas kit and replacement of all burn out parts and insulation material with new ones by drying and baking of Insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temprature. Reassenbling the transformer and made connection of LV/HV side with help of soldering.Testing of transformer after reassembly complete on No load at wkshop and on load at site all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Winding wire/strip of HV/LV coils, transformer oil and other spare pafrts shall be measured & paid seperately on relevant items of the schedule. (ii) Gasket, Copper / Aluminum thimble, HT/ LT Tape, insulation materials such as glass tube, bakelight tube, tap changer,glass tape , pre-compressed board, crape paper,craft paper, pressphan paper, cotton tape, varnish etc , HV/LV coils silicon stamping and other connected items, HV/LV coils silicon stamping for any size of transformer will be included in the quoted rate . No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor for the same.
(iii) The transformer will be opened and reassembled in presence of Egnr-in-charge / JE in charge.

The contractor shall submit necessary Test Report for Di electric strength before dehyderation as well as after dehyderation as per relevant IS. The contractor's quoted rates shall also be declered to include for this element.
Note:- (i) Toping up of transformer Oil during the dehyderation shall be measured and paid separately on relevant items of schedule.
(ii) The contractor must have own one dehydrated hot vacuum, filtration plant with minimum 1000 liter per hour capacity transformer oilf Filtration plant with a provision of oil test set for immediate showing of result. (iii) The plant must have provision of on load filtration. Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil at site by using dehydrating and filteration machine to be carried out till time, dielectric strength reached to min 60 KV complete all as specified and directed. (iv)The transformer dehydration machine shall be arrange/brought by contractor at site for which and no extra amount shall be paid to the contractor.
(v) The contractor shall submit necessary Test Report for Di electric strength before dehyderation as well as after dehyderation from CPRI /Govt approved Lab as per relevant IS. The contractor's quoted rates shall also be declared to include for this element.
(vi)Transformer Oil after dehyderation shall be measured and considered for the payment under the item.

(n) Settings and coordination of relays. (o) Checking/repairing/rectification of the control wiring. (p) Replacement of panel heater.(q) Replacement of worn out bushing PT/Busbar support insulators rusted nuts bolts and washer with suitable size of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.(r) Replacement of all unserviceable CTs. (s) Replacement of unserviceable Relay, Push botton, Indicator light HRC fuse and all other spare as required etc.
(t) High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT & Breaker Pole to withstand working pressure of HT 11 KV to ascertain serviceability and spare parts found defective to be replaced for smooth functioning as directed by the GE/Engr-in-Charge.
(u) Opening the bus bar chamber of HT 11 KV VCB panel board, cleaning the bus bar chamber, inspection of the wiring of CTs, spout insulator & bus bar joints, retightening if required & heating up with hot air blower to remove moisture, meggering, HV testing, applying TRTPPEX(B) to the surfaces of bus bar & commissioning complete all as specified and as 0directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.
(v) Complete servicing, overhauling and testing of 11 KV indoor VCB Panel/breaker shall be got done by the contractor from the authorised agency as approved by the GE//Engr-in-Charge.
Note: (i) Any part/spare found defective during testing shall be repaired/replaced for which payment shall be made separately against respective items here in after except for minor parts such as packing, nuts bolts, washer, cotton waste, cleaning agents,CRC spray etc for which cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.
(ii) After completion of servicing of each panel considered one Job of this item. Contractor shall deposit / Procure all the material in advance to avoid any late night fault/ after market hours / non availability of material in market. (iii) Minimun one VCB shall be produce to contractor for restand/ repair for one visit. Contractor will not demand all VCB repair in one visit. Visit and repair charges of electrician and helper are included in the quoted rate. no extra charges shall be paid to the contractor.

(n) Settings and coordination of relays. (o) Checking/repairing/rectification of the control wiring (r) Replacement of unserviceable ring type CTs. (s) Replacement of unserviceable Relay, Push botton, Indicator light HRC fuse etc.
(t) High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT & Breaker Pole to withstand working pressure of HT 11 KV to ascertain serviceability.
(u) Testing the leakage of SF6 gas of the RMU.
(v) Complete servicing, overhauling and testing of 11 KV indoor VCB Panel (including for Breakers) shall be got done by the contractor from the authorised agency as approved by the GE
Note: (i) Any part/spare found defective during testing shall be repaired/replaced for which payment shall be made separately against respective items here in after except for minor parts such as packing, nuts bolts, cotton waste etc for which cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.
(ii) After completion of two time of servicing of each panel considered one Job of this item.Contractor shall deposit / Procure all the material in advance to avoid any late night fault/ after market hours / non availability of material in market. The electric supply shall be restore within 12 hours from the time of tripping / fault in day or night in the stn, failing this a panelty of Rs 5000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues.
