S&F 40mm bore CPVC pipe in trenches high pressure, CPVC SDR-11 and plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings including all necessay fittings, like elbow, tee, socket, reducer, bushings, step over bends, end caps, end plugs etc, fixing with CPVC solvent cement and testing, including taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm bore CPVC pipe in trenches high pressure, CPVC SDR-11 and plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings including all necessay fittings, like elbow, tee, socket, reducer, bushings, step over bends, end caps, end plugs etc, fixing with CPVC solvent cement and testing, including taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm bore CI sluice valve flanged end of class PN (1.6) with brass spindle and hand wheel including necessary gasket, nuts and bolts, washer etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DI fitting upto 100mm bore for bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (flange sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 50mm bore gun metal gate/globe valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for fixing with CPVC/GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 40mm bore gun metal gate/globe valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for fixing with CPVC/GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore gun metal gate/globe valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for fixing with CPVC/GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole/stay, or cable trenches etc n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valves pit chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm (internal), 15cm thick PCC foundation using PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 25cm thick brick wall, using old size burnt clay brick in CM (1:4), 15mm thick rendering on internal and extranal surfaces both in CM (1:4), PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for grouting MS frame including foundation 3mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50mm pad lock with double key arrangement, MS frame work made out of 40 x 40 x 5mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incuding necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14.00 here-in before but of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (internal), complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bituminous road/hardstanding/path/plinth protection etc for laying of pipe line, getting out and disposal of materials to a distance n. exc. 50m from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling, mass concrete, making good to disturbed surfaces of road/hardstanding/plinth protection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting CI/DI pipes and reducing to required length for connection of Tee or branches of 100mm/80mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.1,11,920.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
