Taking up or down worn out/ damaged/partly serviceable / unserviceable PVC insulated cable, armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of 35 - 6 sqmm, 11/1.1 KV volt grade from pole / wall / pipes / roof tops/trenches etc, testing, segregating and keeping in safe castody the serviceable portion for reuse and depositing remaining to the stores complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only and connecting, testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, in duct / trenches, fixed to pole, wall/roof and make good distrubed surface including cable glands of required size of aluminium thimble for making connection including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning, earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) XLPE cable shall be issued by department under Sch B item, free of cost for laying/fixing only. (iii) Charges for shifting of XLPE cables/cable drum from one location to another issued by the department shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Old u/s XLPE cable to be deposited to the department's store as directed by Engg in Charge.

Supply and fixing, commissioning, testing in repair XLPE insulated PVC sheathed unarmoured heavy duty electric cable with Copper conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, in duct / trenches, fixed to pole, wall/roof and make good distrubed surface including cable glands required size of copper thimble for making connection, size of cable 185 sqmm single core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20 but of size 120 sq mm, single core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20 above, but 95 sq mm, single core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20 above, but 70 sq mm, single core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable,foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, leveling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe not exceeding 30cm wide and not exceeding 30cm deep and making good after laying pipe/ cable etc. with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) matching with existing road complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned depth only shall be measured and paid)

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 50 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable laid in trenches etc complete with all fitting such as socket or any other item required for fixing of pipe including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MS clamp, nut, bolt etc required for fixing the pipe with pole shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

All as per item No. 30 above, but 80 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 30 above, but 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Busbar chamber of any size cap on wall including clamp, fastener and other requirements for fixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only, in repair, LED flood luminaries with panel including LED Lamp of capacity upto 250 watt complete including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) LED flood luminaries shall be issued by department under Sch B item, free of cost for laying/fixing only.(ii) The old u/s LED light shall be deposited to the MES store yard

Fixing only, in repair, LED Street light luminaries with panel including LED Lamp of capacity upto 120 Watt complete including GI bracket of Medium grade pipe, bent to shape,32 mm bore,1.2 mts long fixed with clamps 25x4 mm MS flat of suitable size, nut bolts and washers complete, including preparing new surfaces of iron and steel and applying two coats of alluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) LED Street light luminaries shall be issued by department under Sch B item, free of cost for laying/fixing only.(ii) The old u/s LED light shall be deposited to the MES store yard

Fixing only, in repair, LED garden luminaries with panel including LED Lamp of capacity upto 20 Watt complete including all accessories and PCC 1:3:6, type C2 for foundation complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) LED garden light luminaries shall be issued by department under Sch B item, free of cost for laying/fixing only.(ii) The old u/s LED light shall be deposited to the MES store yard

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete for pole , etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of poles, repair to platform for Panels / Feeder Pillar Boxes, foundations etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing Only in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 800 to 400 Amps including suitable size of connector and fixing materials such as thimble, nut bolts, etc of suitable size including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) MCCB 4 Pole shall be issued by department under Sch B item, free of cost for laying/fixing only

Fixing Only in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 315/320/350/250Amps, AC, 415Volt , rapturing capacity 36 kA with adjustable thermal setting and adjustable magnatic setting as per site including suitable size of connector and fixing materials such as thimble, nut bolts, etc of suitable size including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) MCCB 4 Pole shall be issued by department under Sch B item, free of cost for laying/fixing only

Fixing Only in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 200/160/125/100/63 Amps, AC, 415Volt , rapturing capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal setting and adjustable magnatic setting as per site including suitable size of connector and fixing materials such as thimble, nut bolts, etc of suitable size including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) MCCB 4 Pole shall be issued by department under Sch B item, free of cost for laying/fixing only

Supply ,design, Installation, testing & commissioning of factory made powder coated (Conforming to the norms of CPRI ) dust and vermine proof, weather proof, indoor type Feeder Pillar Box of suitable size comprise of one incoming and four outgoing connections for star delta starter and feeder panel made out of 2.5 mm thick CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm , powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC -1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate, including aluminium bus bar , internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conducter of suitable size duly numbered with tags for the circuits .The panel board shall comprise of following items all as specified below including taking down old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed. INCOMING:- (i) Change over 315/320 Amp,415 volts (ii) MCCB AC 415 Volts, 315/320 Amp, 4- Pole, 36 KA repturing capacity with fixed TM range conforming to IS13947-11 complete with connections to the bus bars - 01 No. ii) Digital type Voltmeter, (100x100mm) square type,0-500 volt, flush mounting with selector switch - 01 set. iii) Aluminium busbar 500 Amp capacity cross sectional area of aluminium busbar should not be less than 50x6mm with heat shrinkable sleevs mounted on DMC post insulators,1100 Volts grade. - 04 Nos. iv) Digital type Ammeter,(100x100mm) square type, flush mounting compleate with suitable capacity of 03 Nos CTs and selector switch -01 set (v) Phase indicator (RYB ) lamps LED type . -01 set. OUTGOING:- i) MCCB AC 415 Volts, 200 Amp, 4- Pole, 36 KA rupturing capacity with fixed TM range confirming to IS13947-11 complete with commections to the bus bars - 02 Nos ,i(i) MCCB AC 415 Volts, 160 Amp, 4- Pole, 25 KA rupturing capacity with fixed TM range confirming to IS13947-11 complete with commections to the bus bars - 01 No (iii) MCCB AC 415 Volts, 100 Amp, 4- Pole, 25 KA rupturing capacity with fixed TM range confirming to IS13947-11 complete with commections to the bus bars - 01 No (iv) MCCB AC 415 Volts, 63 Amp, 4- Pole, 16 KA rupturing capacity with fixed TM range confirming to IS13947-11 complete with commections to the bus bars - 01 No

Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by and including 40mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth strip connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
