M&L laying and compacting total 150mm compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 75mm each) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with Mechanical / sensor paver and rolling with static / vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013. (ii) Raw materials for work shall exclusively prepared from latest calibrated WMM Plant. Valid Calibration Certificate of WMM Plant to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge before execution of work. No manual mixing of coarse aggregate are allowed. (iii) Lorry no & qty brought at site of WMM materials shall be entered in MB as "Not to be abstracted" before payment. (iv) Payment shall be made after submission of approved mixing qty of WMM materials from AGE (I) alongwith submission of, Calibration Certificate of WMM Plant & Static / Vibratory Roller Register.]

M&L and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa, Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&L 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over DLC/ tack coat/ sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L unreinforced dowel jointed plain cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm coarse & fine aggregate conform to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved design mix, transport to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continous operation including provision of contraction expansion, construction and longitudinal, joints, joints fillers, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, disbonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compund, finishing to line and grades complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (a) M&L for 400 micron HDPE separation membrane, expansion, construction, contraction joint shall be measured & paid separately. (b) Work shall be executed after approval of design mix of flexural concrete by AGE (I). (c) Payment shall be made after independent testing of flexural structure by AGE (I). (d) Cost of design mix, testing shall be borne by contractor.]

M&L Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound of thickness of concrete slab on 250mm, Grade ‘A’ complete as specified and directed.

M&L forming Cutting of construction joints 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete as specified and directed. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and othe debris complete as specified and directed.

M & L forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /41h the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 65mm deep & 10mm wide by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges and filled with sealing compound. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. complete as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2, laid on floor and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.
