M&L Central AC plant of 2 x 28 = 56 TR capacity ( Operational ) & 1 x 28 = 28 TR capacity (stand by) installed at BASE OPS by de -scaling and cleaning of tubes of condenser (heat Exchanger) unit of central AC plant including opening and refixing of condensor head in origional position all as required at site for shell and tube condenser unit of Central type AC plant by using proper descaling solution by suitable size of drill rod, wire brush,cleaning by circulating pressure water by pressure pumps till the complete deposits/scale is removed as ordered,replacement of packing gasket, nuts, bolts with washer of both ends of condensor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 11.00 here in before but of capacity 2 x 28 = 56 TR (Operational) & 1 x 28 = 28 TR (standby) installed at AVONIC LAB complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L repairing and servicing of cooling tower of central type AC plant by dismantaling of cooling tower for removing of top cover and cleaning of PVC fills, choked nozzle, PVC louvers and replacement of rusted nuts,bolts with washer etc and cleaning bottom tank to remove dust and mud sand and painting of damged surface oiling of motor and checking of serviceability of motor including painting the interior and exterior parts of cooling towers with epoxy seal paint as per the manufactures specifications complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts if required shall be measured separetely as under Prime cost sum .

M&L dismantling / opening air filter ,nuts bolts,tray for AHU general servicing including cleaning of cooling coil from both sides with coil cleaning solution and brushing suitable for AHU, correcting tension in belts, checking and correcting allignment of shaft pulley of motor, cleaning primary & secondary filter, blower of capacity as per site installed at various location complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts if required shall be measured and paid separetely under prime cost sum .

M&L taking out the damaged glass wool/Nitrile rubber insulation portion of existing wall of AHU room, cleaning the wall, and Material & labour for fixing the rubber nitrile 'O' class not less than 19mm thickness suitable arrangement for fixing to wall and making good the disturbed portions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L POP (Plaster of parris) on 150/100 mm CI pipe of AC palnt, provision of chicken wire mesh including removel of old POP and make good as distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI Pipe 50mm dia medium grade with all fittings, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI Pipe 20mm dia medium grade with all fittings, fixes on wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) Contractor shall submit the purchase voucher and test certificate of condensor unit before incorporting in work. Payment shall be release after obtaing the same. Carrying out maintenance including complete servicing and repair /renewal / replacement of defective parts of VRF AC PLANT of Cap 30HP Make of samsung MODEL AM300KXUANH, complete indoor -24 Nos and out door units - 02 nos installed at Logistic section, including carrying out the Physical and health check up and service, gas pressure, electrical connections, etc. During the check up of VRF AC PLANT, including minor/major parts if found defect/unserviceable then the same to be replaced and the replaced items shall be measured and paid under prime cost sum of Sch 'A' . NOTE : (i) OEM Rep will visit after every 03 months for routine maintenance . However, during any emergncy or breakdown , Rep of OEM shall visit the site within 24 hrs for minor repair and within 72 hrs for Major repair. If rep of OEM not atteneded within the time frame as mentioned then penal recovery of Rs 1000/- per hrs shall be recovered from the contractor . So, tenderer's are advised to keep this aspect while quoting the rate. (ii) Spare parts such as PCB , EMI card ,Pump , Compressor , Fan Motor , transformer , Magnetic Switch , Expansion Valve etc if required shall be measured and paid under prime cost sum . (iii) Contractor's rep (OEM) shall visit after every 03 months for periodical maintenance to check all the complete system of VRF units, to check its functionility and to make them functional. (iv)Servicing of VRF units shall be carried out through OEM only . Contractor shall have to submit the MoU with the concerned OEM for maintenance of VRF ACs before the issue of work order . (v) After servicing, OEM has to submit the serviceability certificate duly sign by OEM, User and shall have to submit to Dept for Payment purpose .

All as per Srl item No.51.00 here-in-before but for VRF AC PLANT 14 HP Make of samsung MODEL AM140KXMDGH, complete indoor cassette type -08 Nos and out door units - 02 nos installed at DWR complete all as specified and as directed .

Carrying out maintenance and repair including renewal / replacement of minor defective parts of Cold Room Servicing, fan motor Compressor Oil Charging, Suction nitile rubber ,Liquid Line Insulation, Insulation Tape Wrapping with tie, Drier Change, Gas Charging complete all as specified and directed. Make Blue star (02 Unit) . Note : (i) OEM Rep or any agencis approved by GE will visit afterevery 03 months for routine maintenance . However, during any emergncy or breakdown , Rep of OEM shall visit the site within 24 hrs for minor repair and within 72 hrs for Major repair. If rep of OEM or any agencis approved by GE not atteneded within the time frame as mentioned then penal recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor . So, tenderer's are advised to keep this aspect while quoting the rate. (ii) Spare parts ,compressor ,refrigerant ,controller ,contactor ,capacitor ,filter,copper insulation etc if required then the same shall be measured and paid under Prime cost sum . (iii) Contractor's rep (OEM) or any agencis approved by GE shall visit after every 03 months for periodical maintenance to check the complete system , to check its functionility and to make them functional. (iv)Servicing of walk in cooler unit (cold room) units shall be carried out through OEM only . (v) After servicing, OEM or any agencis approved by GE has to submit the serviceability certificate duly sign by OEM, User and shall have to submit to Dept for Payment purpose and warranty for the replaced items for one year from the date of servicing .

Comprehensive maintenance and repair including renewal / replacement of minor defective parts of Dehumidifier units including carrying out the Physical and health check up and service, gas pressure, electrical connections, etc. During the check up of Dehumidifier if any parts found unserviceavle to be replaced and then the same shall be measured and paid under prime cost sum Note : (i) OEM Rep or any certified agencies as approved by GE will visit afterevery 03 months for routine maintenance . However, during any emergncy or breakdown , OEM Rep or any certified agencies as approved by GE shall visit the site within 24 hrs for minor repair and within 72 hrs for Major repair. If rep not atteneded within the time frame as mentioned then penal recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor . So, tenderer's are advised to keep this aspect while quoting the rate. (ii) Any Spare parts if required then the same shall be measured and paid under Prime cost sum . (iii) OEM Rep or any certified agencies as approved by GE shall visit after every 03 months for periodical maintenance to check the complete system , to check its functionility and to make them functional. (iv) After servicing, OEM Rep or any certified agencies as approved by GE has to submit the serviceability certificate duly sign by OEM, User and shall have to submit to Dept for Payment purpose .

Note : (i) OEM Rep or any certified agencies as approved by GE will visit afterevery 03 months for routine maintenance . However, during any emergncy or breakdown , OEM Rep or any certified agencies as approved by GE shall visit the site within 24 hrs for minor repair and within 72 hrs for Major repair. If rep not atteneded within the time frame as mentioned then penal recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor . M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by brass nut bolts washer including brazing the copper strip with copper plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point including necessary excavation in any type of soil, filling charcoal and salt around the plate in layers , filling the pit with agriculture soil free from stones, to be bring from out side defence land, construction of PCC earth pit chamber of size 600 x 600 x 450 mm , RCC chamber cover plate, wire mess, funnel, test point, 40 mm dia GI protection pipe light grade and 20 mm GI medium grade peforated pipe for watering etc complete and testing on completion. The electrode and lead shall be of copper and connected with existing all as specified and directed.

M&L copper earth continuity conductor of size 25x3.15 mm strip with insulator fixed to wall (porcelin insulater 10 BM heavy duty, ceramic bus bar support insulator off white colour of min size of 50 mm width x 70 mm length with 50 mm width bus bar mounting base) for fixing strip or drawn in conduit/pipe as required, including taking down old GI rusted strip complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Insulator to be fixed on every 50 cm distance and cost of insulator is deemed to be included in unit rate of item

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth of synthetic enamal, anti rust /anti crossive for suction / discharge pipe of AC plant and panel board etc in different colour as approved by GE including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as dierected.

Prime Cost Sum. The prime cost to be used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide Condition 1 (v) and 5 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contracts) forming part of the tender documents. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs.11,00,000.00 for supply only of spare parts suitable for various capacities of Central / Package AC Plant including all spare partswhich are not a part of Sch 'A' and rewinding/resurfacing of monoblock pump set & motor , CT fan motor , blower drum motors or any other accessories which are not mentioned in Sch 'A' etc and based on findings of the actual requirements of spares through a BOO convened by the Accepting Officer.The spares shall procured directly from the OEMs or their aurhorised distributor/dealer as approved by GE. (b) Bidder's/Contractor's quoted amount shall be inclusive of his overhead and profit and including all taxes and insert amount to cover all. The Bidder's/Contractor's is to quote lump sum amount covering all the aspects mentioned here in before, representing (%) percentage under Column 9, Above/Below (+ or - denomination) the Prime Cost Sum inserted by MES under Column 5. However, the quoted amount under Column 6 shall not exceed 15% (Fifteen Percentage) of Prime Cost Sum inserted by MES under Column 5. In case, the Bidder's/Contractor's quoted amount is in excess of 15% of the estimated amount, the same shall be restricted to 15% (Fifteen Percentage) and the amount quoted shall be corrected accordingly to work out the contract sum.
