M&L for screed bed (grading to roof surface) 20mm thick on roof surfaces of concrete in Cement Mortar 1:3 with WPC complete all as specified and directed.(WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethane(PU) accrylic based water proofing liquied compound over and including one coat of self priming primer @ one litre per 10 sqm with reiforcing fabricc sheet as per manufacturer's instructions to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : As per description of this item, minimum two cots of Polyurethane (PU) acrylic based wate proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instruction. Please note no price adjustment shall be made, if as per manufacturer's instrucions more coats of Polyerethane (PU) acrylic based waterr proofing liquid compound and primer are required for roof treatment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included for work in building/struture of any height. (iii) To be applied by uthorised applicator.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats synthtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces incl preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) with 40mm graded crushed aggregate finished even and fair laid to a slope of 1 in 12, laid in alternate bays, each bay not exceeding 3 m length with joint filled with bituminous mastic filling comprising a mixture of 1 part of heated Industrial bitumen 85/25 grade and two parts of heated sand complete all as specified
