Excavating in post holes( or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum , getting out,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, type C2 as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C1,1:3:6 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg,in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in win- dow or door cills, lintels,bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (foruse with ma sonry), string courses, copings.kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts,boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including cham fers, weatherings,throating and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid grade conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed. (Pidiproof of Dr.fixit or equivalent)

M&L for brickwork with old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts Diameter of neck in 11 to 15mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work confirming to Fe 410 -W quality A as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D2,1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of PCC floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring, rough finished for hard stading complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed including packing under & haunching against sides of bore pipes 150mm dia pipe after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 100mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size nconfirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 25mm thick sand filling layer well rammed and compacted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished coloured cement concrete chequred tile size 300x300x25mmthick with grey cement and no pigment of approved quality thick on floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in two layers of 10mm thick and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable steel gate/shutter of any description of size n.exc 9 sqm each including taking out of unservicable parts/portion by cutting and replacing with new one as per the existing size and specification and refixing in the same opening by maintaining proper alignment including repairing defective portion of gate/shutter, steel structurre to match with exsiting structure including necessory cutting, drilling, welding and reveting etc, greasing, oiling to movable parts including all necessory fittings and appying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to new portion/structure complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable steel gate/shutter of any description of size exceeding 9 sqm each including taking out of unservicable parts/portion by cutting and replacing with new one as per the existing size and specification and refixing in the same opening by maintaining proper alignment including repairing defective portion of gate/shutter, steel structurre to match with exsiting structure including necessory cutting, drilling, welding and reveting etc, greasing, oiling to movable parts including all necessory fittings and appying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to new portion/structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkai registant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced ) of any description and in any position not exceeding 15 cm thick, including removal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Disludging/ cleaning of 100 mm dia sewage line by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cleaning shall be the responsibility of the contractor for the entire period of contract. (ii) 50% of quoted amount shall be deducted form the executed quantities if not cleaned throughout the entire period of contract.

Disludging/ cleaning of 150 mm dia sewage line by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cleaning shall be the responsibility of the contractor for the entire period of contract. (ii) 50% of quoted amount shall be deducted form the executed quantities if not cleaned throughout the entire period of contract.

M&L for disludging of manhole (Depth of manhole upto 2 Mtrs) by taking out sludge and foregin materials and excavating a pit of appropriate size for depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30 cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge including removing surplus soil where directed by Engineer - in - Charge including sprinking of bleaching powder over the pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 50% of executed amount shall be deducted form the contractor's dues if not cleaned throughout the entire period of contract.

M&L for disludging of manhole (Depth of manhole above 2 Mtrs but not exc 4.0 meter) by taking out sludge and foregin materials and excavating a pit of appropriate size for depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30 cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge including removing surplus soil where directed by Engineer - in - Charge including sprinking of bleaching powder over the pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 50% of executed amount shall be deducted form the contractor's dues if not cleaned throughout the entire period of contract.

M&L for disludging of sludge and other foreign materials complete from sump/septic tank and removing sludge to excavated pit of appropriate size (for buring of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30 cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed at a distance not exc 50 m where directed Sump of capacity up to 500 users including sprinking of bleaching powder alround complete all as specified and directed. Notes for srl item No-51 to 55:- (i) The contractor shall deploye minimum two safaiwala with two helpers per day to report at complaint cell of AGE BR-I in the morning at 9:00 hrs to receive the complaints for cleaning and free from blockage of sewage line/manhole/ Septic tank. (ii) Cleaning and free from blockage of sewage line/manhole/ Septic tank shall be the responsibility of the contractor for the entire period of contract. (iii) Complaints should be attend within 48 hrs after receiving complaint slip , failing which a penal recovery 50% of quoted amount shall be deducted form the contractor's dues if not cleaned the sewage line/manhole/ Septic tank for the entire period of contract. (iv) Debris material obtained from demolition/dismantling shall be removed outside from the MOD land,failing which a penal recovery shall recovered from the contracors dues @ Rs 500/ Cum. (v) The unit rates quoted by the contractors are deemed to be included for the above provision and nothing shall be considered extra on this account.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 258200.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 25). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
