Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block for hold fast, filling in frames, copings or similar work and finished the surface with existing and including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing flush door shutters 30mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new untreated wood and wood base material of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of old untreated wood and wood base material of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing powder Coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge.

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Stainless steel wire cloth 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exceeding 0.50sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 19mm thick plywood grade BWR,type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cup board ,fix with brass screws and cups complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in reepair continuous (Piano) hinges mild steel bright finish or electro galvanised, width of flaps when open 30mm complete as specified and directed.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (88mm x 52mm). sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh sash (42mmx 57mm ) sliding Interlock (One vertical length in each shutters)(45.5mm x 28mm). Glazing bead (24.5mmx 16mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 21.5mm), Sash (30mm x 18mm), profile to be inserted in required profile,frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm - 100mm long fasteners. Hardware, Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system including fixing of 5mm thick galzing with and including selected quality galss, aluminum track on bottom rail for two track sliding frame, wool pine for Sliding sash and interlock and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and required accessories aluminum track on bottom rail for one track sliding frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repaired aluminium power coated fancy curtain rails plain or colour 20 to 25 mm dia as approved with teak wood finishing brackets and knobs including taking down old us pelmet with curtain rods complete all as specified.

Taking down by unfastening all part of steel rolling shutter/collapsible shutter of any size viz hood cover, curtain of stel lathe etc and oiling, greasing the pully, shaft incl adjusting the spring, V-clamp, bracket plate and manual operated box along with pipe ends arrangement and refixing the same in same opening for making operative complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs steel rolling shutters of laths thicknes 1.25 mm, with out ball bearing, as specified incluidng top cover, anchrong rod, hasp and staple and one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer ; errected in position as indicated, complete; gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle etc. all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.
