M&L PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping as in benching incl weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth incl necessary formwork.

M&L cutting of the bituminous/ Masti type road 60 cm depth and 45cm width for laying of LT cable and making good disturbed surfaces by filling with the existing materials to match with the existing road in all respect complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix Street light fitting pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass and IP 66 potection of 35/36 Watt 230 V LED street light fitting complete with LED lights with clear acrylic cover accessories prewired and fixing accessories ie nut,bolt washers including taking out any type of U/S street light luminaires complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L submain wiring in existing locatation for circuit alongwith FRLS wire earth wire 2 x 2.5 sqmm + 1 x 2.5 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated multistranded from junction box to fitting connecting box etc. (Two run of 2.5 Sqmm wire+01 Run of 2.5 Sqmm wire considered as one unit)

M&L one coat red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium shade paint of approved quality incl prepration of old surfaces by scrubbing the rust complete with scribber, Emery paper etc incl painting of White and Sky blue colour strips ( total 03 Strips) up to 1.5 Mtr height above couping and writing pole no. with black synthetic paint having existing letter size with the help of stencil cut for letter & figure for 9 Mtr long steel tubler swaged pole incl 32/40 mm dia 2 Mtr long GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, Installation , Testing and commissioning of LT Bus Bar Feeder Piller Box outdoor type having provision of double door openings into two halves with rubber beadings cubical type of size 1.00x0.75x0.40 Mtr as directed by the manufacturer, made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet compartmentalized with rubber beadings, angle iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm shall be used for making legs/ frame, duly painted with powder coated internally and externally, including provn of Aluminium Busbar 400 Amps, including MCCB 160 A , 16 KA 3 Pole -01 No as incomer and MCCB 100 A, 16 KA MCCB - 2 nos as outgoing and suitable insulators , cable glands of required size as per site requirement for LT Cable entry. Including PCC Platform of suitable size PCC 1:2:4 all as.

M&L Advance encapsulated Maintenance free low carbon high tensile with pure electrolytic copper molecularly bonded Chemical Earthing Rod, dia 17.2mm * 3000mm solid MS Copper bonded rod which should be having tensile strength 650 - 700 (N/mm2) & as per UL. The material must be tested from CPRI & as well as from ISO certified LAB as per IEC/EN 62561-2 & Normative reference: (IEC 6957, 60068-2-52). The material must be tested Salt mist test conducted in accordance with IEC 60068-2-52:1996. CB Terminal must be with the Rod for the connection. The annular space between the pipe and strip to be filled up with Compact fill (CF) (Crystalline Conductive) mixture. The job includes excavation of pit in any type of hard dense soil/ disinterigated rocky strata of size 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 3050 mm depth and taking out all excavated soil, lowering and placing copper electrode in centre of pit and filling of back fill compound having excellent moisture retaining capacity in sourrounding of electrode in 400 mm dia all around the electrode( Min 5 bags of 25 Kg each of back fill compound graphite base per pit per unit to be fill or more quantity of BFC if required to achive less than one ohms). The remaining portion of earth pit to be filled with agriculture soil / black cotton soil free from stones etc to be bring from out side defence land . The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. The material of earth electrode should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. The job also include M & L for in PCC(1:2:4) type B1 around the FRP cover for support and foundation and colouring the PCC work with desired colour.complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: 1) The quantity of BFC indicated above is generally for normal/good soils.In case the soil resistivity is high , the quantity of BFC should be increased & cost of the same is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. 2). If the desired earth resistance not obtained the earthing shall be re-done by contractor without any extra cost to Govt . 3). Removal of excavated soil and filling of agriculture soil brought from out side defence land shall be included in the overall rate quoted.

M&L Earthing in repair/replacement of copper earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead iron strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper/brass all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated, and necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement ) incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe ( light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, completed thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe wire mesh, copper lug, complete in all respect, Copper earth wire protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other and connected with main switches board or earthing test point as directed, incl disposal of spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Brass Copper lightening arrester 9.2 mm diameter and 915 mm in length with 5 spikes and base plate 8.5 x 8.5 cm for building protection coverage of 45 degress from the top point 1.85 m all as specified and directed.
