M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finsihed even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on new plastered surface of wall, chajja, parapet etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered walls and applying Two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification by using electric paint roller or roller brush over and including a coat of primer and 1.0 mm thick white wall care putty (premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified . .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thicknes, make the surface even and smooth and also using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) on uneven surface and applying one coat of white wash on walls with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of ceiling etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thicknes, make the surface even and smooth and also using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) on uneven surface and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces with paint brush complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean, including applying wall care putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make the surface even and smooth and also using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) on uneven surface to make the surface even and smooth (before and after applying putty as per site situation) as directed by Engr-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth one coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour by using electric paint roller or roller brush, as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti and mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking), brooming and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) as directed by Engineer-in-charge, after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade ,applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted of wood and wooden based materials surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted of steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including steel staggings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted brick, stone, concrete and asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any colour, any pattern/design complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for writing letters or figures (block, roman, italic or Indian) not exc 30cm height with thick synthetic enamel paint of any shade complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants of girth exc 5.0 cm and n.exc 30 cm including root from RCC/Brick surfaces, porung of acid chemical over root are of concrete surface and making in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) including all accessories to reach the area of plant growth in buildings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

S&F Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm and over, cut to lenghth, bent to shape requird, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clip all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

All as per item No 26.00 herein before but 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge

Use and waste form work to chajja and similar work including edges including fair finished on concrete surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete(Nominal Mix) type A-0 (1:1.5:3) (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in chajjas and similar work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.
